OUTFIT INTERNATIONAL A/S - Internal Whistleblower Scheme

The scheme follows the rules set out in the Danish Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers (Act No. 1436 of 29 June 2021).

Employees at OUTFIT INTERNATIONAL may use the scheme to report matters covered by Section 1(1) of the Whistleblower Act. This means that reports may be submitted regarding:

• Breaches of the areas of EU law covered by the Whistleblower Directive (EU Directive 2019/1937)

• Other serious legal violations or other serious misconduct

To be eligible to report, the whistleblower must have obtained the information in connection with their work or work-related activities.
